The Client Support will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Capture recommendations and new business activity accurately and correctly within the client record
- Submit, process and monitor client transactions, record associated income estimates and maintain records on a timely basis
- Maintain client record information accurately and in line with best-practice guidance
- Schedule diary events and client meetings in a practical and effective way
- Conduct client presentations of our client portal
- Review, issue and follow up reports to clients
- Be a point of contact for client queries and manage client expectation throughout the JCW advice journey through regular and appropriate communication
- Prepare pre-meeting packs and deal with post meeting actions
- Prepare and following up Letters of Authority
