Coordinate reporting activity against agreed plans and SLAs, working with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
Help investigate reporting exceptions, data issues and enhancement requests, documenting findings clearly and escalating where needed.
Maintain daily BAU reporting controls, including MiFID II-related reporting activity, report settings, valuation data, transaction information, costs and charges, and other client-reporting outputs as required.
Support tax reporting processes, including data management, processing checks, production coordination and timely resolution of related queries.
Provide accurate, professional and client-focused responses to reporting queries from internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external parties.

Performance reporting and investment data:
Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting by helping collate, check and maintain performance and investment data. Over time, build knowledge of benchmarks, portfolio returns, flows, gain/loss reporting and attribution principles.
Investigate and resolve performance measurement queries, explaining data, calculation logic and reporting outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Build knowledge of performance measurement concepts, including time-weighted returns, benchmarks, flows, gain/loss reporting and attribution principles.
Work with relevant teams to ensure investment data used in reporting is complete, accurate and aligned with agreed control procedures.
Controls, process improvement and change
Maintain clear procedures, checklists and audit trails for reporting processes, ensuring controls are followed and documentation remains current.
Contribute to process improvements that improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability and the stakeholder experience.
Support testing, user acceptance activity and implementation of system changes, reporting enhancements and wider business initiatives.
Work with Technology, Operations and third-party providers to translate reporting issues into clear requirements and practical solutions.
Use data, workflow and productivity tools to improve reporting processes, reduce manual effort and strengthen quality assurance where appropriate.

Stakeholder and vendor management:
Build effective working relationships across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Investment, client-facing teams and external service providers.
Support the day-to-day relationship with third-party reporting and print/despatch providers, helping monitor SLAs, track issues and maintain clear communication during reporting cycles.
Prepare concise management information and status updates for reporting cycles, query trends, issues, risks and improvements.
Escalate risks, delays and control issues promptly, with clear recommendations and ownership of follow-up actions.
